Every event has its own rhythm. At a trade fair, I move quickly between booths and changing light. During a keynote, I wait for the moment the speaker says something that moves the room. At networking events, I step back and capture what happens organically — no staged group photos.

Why a Conference Photographer, Not Just Any Event Photographer?

Good question. The difference is understanding.

A conference photographer knows your logo needs to be in the frame. That the speaker shouldn't be thrown off by a flash. That networking photos need to look real, not like a team-building poster.

In practice, that means:

I shoot with a silent shutter — nobody hears me

Branding, roll-ups and name badges are intentionally placed in frame

Same-day preview: while your guests are still at dinner, you already have 10-20 images for Instagram and LinkedIn

All images come with commercial usage rights — website, social media, press, everything covered

How a Day With Me Works

Before: We have a 15-20 minute call. You tell me what's planned — programme, venues, what matters most to you. I turn that into a shot list. No charge.On the day: I arrive before the first guests. Room check, light check, quick briefing with your tech team or moderator. Then I practically disappear — I'm there, but I don't disrupt. Attendees should experience your conference, not pose for photos.After: That same evening, you receive 10-20 fully edited highlights. The complete gallery follows in 5-7 working days, sorted and in all formats: web, print, social media.
