Three Tips That Make the Difference
Clothing: Wear what you'd normally wear to an important meeting. Navy, grey and anthracite always work. Avoid small patterns — they shimmer on camera. And bring a second outfit. Then you have options.Preparation: Sleep well. Fresh hair. Arrive on time and give yourself 10 minutes to settle in. Sounds basic, but it makes an enormous difference.During the shoot: Forget everything you know about posing. I'll tell you what to do — and most of it is: just be yourself. The best business photos don't look like a photoshoot.

Team Shoots: Easier Than You Think
10 employees in 2–3 hours — it works. I bring a clear schedule: 15 minutes per person, outfit changes in between, all images in the same style. At the end, you have a consistent visual language for your entire website.
My tip: shoot in the morning. People are rested, hair is fresh, energy is right.
