Types of Data Processed
We process only data that:
- You voluntarily provide to us (contact form, email, phone)
- Is automatically transmitted when visiting this website (server log files)
- Is collected for contract performance in connection with a photo shoot
- Is stored by technically necessary cookies
As a matter of principle, no data is collected beyond the respective purpose. Disclosure to third parties takes place only within the legally permitted framework.

Contact Form & Communication
When you contact us via the form, by email, or by phone, the data you provide (name, email, message, and phone number where applicable) is processed and stored in order to handle your inquiry.
This data is deleted six (6) months after your inquiry has been finally processed, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
Your data will not be disclosed to third parties without your express consent. Exceptions apply only where required by law (e.g. disclosure to authorities).
Server Log Files
The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files transmitted by your browser:
- IP address (anonymized after 30 days)
- Date and time of access
- Page accessed / file name
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Referrer URL (previously visited page)
- Volume of data transferred
This data is processed to ensure the operation and security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is not combined with other data sources. Log files are automatically deleted after no more than 30 days.

Google Analytics uses cookies to analyze the use of the website. The information generated by cookies about your use of this website is transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA. We use IP anonymization (anonymizeIP), so your IP address is shortened within the EU/EEA before being transmitted to the USA.

Image Rights, Copyright & Usage Rights
Copyright & Ownership
The copyright in all photographs created remains, without exception, with Alexandru-Sebastian Bogdan as the author (photographer pursuant to §§ 1, 3, 10 UrhG) and with WELO MEDIA STUDIOS S.R.L. as the rights holder. Delivery of photographs to customers does not constitute a transfer of copyright.
Customer's right of use: Upon full payment, the customer receives a simple (non-exclusive), non-transferable right of use for the purpose agreed in the order. The granting of exclusive or extended usage rights requires a separate written license agreement.
Photographer's rights: The photographer retains the unrestricted right to use all photographs created for his own purposes:
- Publication on his own website, on social media, and in portfolios
- Use as advertising material, in print media, and in digital campaigns
- Licensing to third parties (image agencies, stock platforms, licensees)
- Use in competitions, exhibitions, and trade publications
- Editing and other artistic post-processing
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, editing, or use for AI training of the images is prohibited and may be pursued under civil and criminal law.

Order Processing (Photo Shoots)
In connection with photography assignments, we process the following data for contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR):
- Name, address, email address, phone number of the client
- Shoot date, shoot location, type of photo shoot
- Individual customer preferences and briefing information
- Photographs created in connection with the assignment
- Invoicing and payment data
Order and invoicing data is retained for 7 years in accordance with statutory retention requirements. Shoot data without tax relevance is deleted 6 months after completion.
Disclaimer
WELO MEDIA STUDIOS S.R.L. accepts no liability whatsoever for:
- The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content provided
- Technical faults, interruptions, or data loss of any kind
- Damage caused by the use or inability to use this website
- The content of linked external third-party websites
- Damage caused by computer viruses, malware, or other security incidents
- Loss of profit or indirect damages
This limitation of liability does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence, or for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health. No unlawful content was identifiable for external links at the time of linking; continuous monitoring without concrete evidence of infringement is not reasonable.
Data Security
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser's address bar changes from "http://" to "https://".
We employ technical and organizational measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction, and against access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
Despite all security precautions, complete security of data transmitted over the internet cannot be guaranteed.
