How an Outdoor Business Portrait Shoot Works

Before (free): We have a quick call. I ask: What do you need the images for? LinkedIn? Website? Press kit? What mood should come across? Then I recommend the location and the best time.On the day (1-1.5 hours): We meet at the location. I take a few test shots so you get used to the camera. Then we go — different spots, different perspectives. Standing, walking, sitting. Close-up and full-body. You don't need to do anything except be there.After (5-7 working days): Online gallery with all images. You choose your favourites. I edit each image individually: colour, light, natural skin retouching. Delivery in all formats.

When Is the Best Time for Outdoor Portraits?

Golden Hour. One hour before sunset. The light is warm, soft and flattering. Shadows are long and dramatic. This is the best time for portraits — whether business or personal.Overcast sky. Sounds boring, but it's ideal. The clouds act like a giant softbox: even light without harsh shadows. Perfect for faces.Avoid: Midday in summer. The sun is directly above you, creates ugly shadows under the eyes and makes you squint. If you can only do midday, we'll work in the shade.
